Renshi Pon Inthathirath came to Boise Idaho in 1999 with over 15 years of martial arts experience. Renshi Inthathirath received his training in Shorei-ryu Karate-do while living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shortly after relocating, Renshi Inthathirath fulfilled his dream and became Sensei (teacher) to a small group of eager students. He now runs a highly successful martial arts school called Dragon Bushido Dojo. He has been directly responsible for teaching thousands of students both traditional Karate and his own unique version of no nonsense street self-defense combined with Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Renshi Inthathirath has received his 5th degree black belt in Goju-ryu karate, Goju-kyokai karate and his 2nd degree black belt in Shorei-ryu karate. He has also a received an instructorship certification in Krav Maga by the National Krav Maga Association and trained with Master Toddy at the world renowned Master Toddy’s Muay Thai Academy in Las Vegas. He competed for over four years on the NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) circuit on “Side Kick International Competition Team” under the direction of world champion martial artist John Chung. During his years on the NASKA circuit, Renshi Inthathirath held national rankings in traditional kata, weapon kata, and sparring.


Resnshi Pon Inthathirath’s passion for the arts shows in all that he does. His love of teaching and his open mind help bring each person he teaches a greater understanding of the discipline in which they study.
