Q: How often are new videos added to the website?
A: New videos will be added on a regular basis. Most likely every week you will see new content.
Q: Why can't I see the member technique submenu?
A: Most likely this is because you are not logged in. Make sure the lock located on the top right of the screen is unlocked and that your username is displayed in the login box to the left. Q: May I cancel my subscription at any time and how do I go about doing that?
A: Yes you may cancel you subscription at any time. Subscriptions must be canceled through your PayPal account. After you have successfully cancelled your subscription via your PayPal account, our system will be notified and your information will be purged from our database. For additional information on how to delete subscriptions from your PayPal account, please use the help options provided to you by PayPal.
Q: When is the subscription fee withdrawn from my account?
A: Your PayPal will send payment every 30 days from the date you signed up. Specific times will vary, but the date should remain constant. If you forget the date in which you signed up, check your PayPal subscription page in your PayPal account to get more details.
Q: Who do you use to handle the online billing?
A: Currently we are using PayPal Subscription Services. PayPal Subscription is the Subscription Service that will automatically bill your account each subscription period. You can cancel a subscription any time you want from your PayPal account. PayPal is free for you and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and checking account.
Q: I don't currently have a PayPal account. Can't I just pay you directly?
A: No. Currently we are only using PayPal Subscription services to process our membership fees. But don't worry setting up a PayPal account is painless and you will have several payment options through PayPal once your account has been set up. Q: I registered but when I try to login it tells me that my account is suspended or on hold. What do I need to do?
A: If you recently signed up and went through the check out process, then make sure you have received the confirmation emails from The Fighter's Arsenal and PayPal before trying to log in. It can take a few minutes for PayPal to send the payment confirmation to our server. Q: Why do I get two confirmation emails?
A: One is to confirm that your registration has been set up and the other is to confirm that you have successfully made it through the check out process.
